"This liquor store never provides a bill for any purchase. Is it legal to not issue a bill for liquor sales? Today, my husband bought beer from the store, and since no bill was given, he calculated the amount and realised he had been overcharged. When he went back immediately to enquire, the staff said he had been charged for a can he had accidentally dropped. They told him he could take it now if he wanted. Isn’t this unacceptable? If a can was broken, he should have been informed at the time of purchase—not silently charged without notice. Why was the can kept by them and the amount deducted without any explanation? The staff is callous and least interested in serving the customers. I am writing this store off from any future purchases. My recommendations to readers - Avoid this store."
